About the Puzzles and Constructors
Showcasing the array of crossword talent in the Midwest is our priority! Selected constructors will be contacted in early 2024 to create one of five tournament puzzles. One additional constructor will be chosen from an open submission process. Details here.
We are defining the Midwest as: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio. Constructors who do not currently live in one of these states but otherwise identify as Midwestern are welcome to inquire.
